Clients: Any person, household, or business entity that books or uses our services ("you," "your," or "Client").
Agreement to Terms
By booking, requesting, or using our residential or commercial organizing services, or by signing, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise confirming acceptance (electronically or in writing), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial organization, decluttering, and related services as described on our website, booking forms, or written communications. Service descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide safe, lawful, and appropriate access to the property.

Disclose any hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, chemicals, pests, unsafe structures).

Payments and Fees

Employee Injuries

If any employee of the Company is injured while on the Client's property, the Client agrees to assume full responsibility.​

The Client releases the Company from liability for any claims, medical costs, or damages related to such injury.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HOYT HOLDINGS, HOYT Orderly Clutter, and their employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:​

(b) Personal injury on the Client's premises, or

(c) Any claims by third parties related to the Services.

Termination of Services
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion if the Client:

Provides unsafe working conditions,

Engages in abusive or unlawful behavior, or

Violates this Agreement.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which HOYT HOLDINGS is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By booking, signing, or otherwise indicating agreement, you confirm that you:
